Terms of Service

1. The Service

Torala is a financial intelligence platform operated by Sinno Digital LLC. The service provides AI-generated earnings summaries, an interactive stock screener with charting and technical indicators, sentiment analysis of earnings calls, a stock portfolio tracker with dividend analytics, price and technical alerts, and a market news feed (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is delivered through our web application at torala.app and our mobile applications for iOS and Android.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Torala offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. The Pro tier is billed at $19 per month through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the Free tier. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing or modify Free tier limits with reasonable notice. Material changes will not take effect for existing paid subscribers until their next renewal.

5. AI-Generated Content; No Investment Advice

Earnings summaries, sentiment scores, key signals, and any other analysis presented through the Service are generated by automated systems, including large language models. Such output is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Sinno Digital is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a price target, or a solicitation of any kind. The Service does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information you encounter on the Service.

6. Data and Information

Market data, fundamentals, earnings transcripts, news, and other information available through the Service are sourced from third-party providers. While we strive to present this information accurately, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Quotes may be delayed, and any data may contain errors or omissions.

Sentiment scores and credibility ratings are generated by AI models and are informational, not predictive. Past performance, guidance accuracy, or sentiment trends do not guarantee future results.

7. Portfolio Tracker

The portfolio tracker is an informational record-keeping tool. Position values, gain/loss calculations, dividend estimates, and performance comparisons are computed using the latest available closing prices we receive from our data providers and may not reflect real-time markets, intraday prices, brokerage account balances, or actual realized returns. Torala does not custody securities, execute trades, or connect to any brokerage account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means beyond ordinary use of the application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any of its components;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the data or content available through the Service;
• Access the Service through any interface other than those we provide, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, wordmarks, and original content, is the property of Sinno Digital LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party data displayed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINNO DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM DATA INACCURACIES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sinno Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you would create risk for us, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Sinno Digital LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
